52 Weeks, 52 Books: Week 38

Welcome, First Day of Autumn! I've been expecting you! I hope you bring your good friend, Cooler Weather with you soon.

Now that that's out of the way, let's take a look at this week's book, Super in the City by Daphne Uviller. Yes, another mystery, I can't help myself.  In this book we meet Zephyr, a 20-something college graduate, med school drop out, law school drop out who becomes the super of her parent's building when James, the super is arrested.  Hmmm.  Zephyr takes over and meets Gregory, the exterminator; together they figure out some of the mysterious happenings in the apartment building but then Zephyr stumbled on a biggie. All along, Zephyr has questions about Gregory, mainly, he just doesn't look like an exterminator.  Is he undercover? Is he part of the mob?

I thought it was a cute book but I'm thinking Zephyr and her very over-active imagination can get a little annoying.  The second book in the series is on  my To Be Read List so I'll give this character another shot.
